Mini room tour!

About 2 years ago, I redecorated my room from a childish-fairy-wallpaper-type bedroom to a pink-and-black-swirly bedroom. Here's a little preview of my room!

My dressing table was handed down to me from my mum, who got it when she was around my age - which I find pretty cool! I hope that I can continue handing it down for generations to come! On my desk I have perfumes, my LOVE decoration and my owl candle holders:

This is my manikin which I got for my birthday! In the corner, there's a picture of my best friends at prom!

My wallpaper - well chosen by my sister! The wallpaper was the inspiration for the rest of the decoration for my room.

This was bought for me by one of my friends. It hangs above my bed and in the heart shaped 'O' I have a picture of my dog :) soppy but sweet!!

My little lamp on my bedside table! It was from Dunelm, and I don't think it was expensive either! I love it :)

My heart shaped clock is hung above my curtains. I love how it's in the middle of the sloping ceilings, I don't know why haha!

This is my music stand, and above it is a hand-made board where I put my tickets from the concerts I've been to. Yes, there is only two... But I hope I can build my collection over time!

So there is a few items in my bedroom (yay)! It's very girly and pink, and that's why I love it!

What's your favourite thing in your room?:)

Recently loving...

Recently I've been making lists of what I've been loving so these are the new things I've been enjoying!

The Great british bake-off!
Gotta love food, especially when it's all sweet! I never really watch cooking programmes, but this one is more of a competition than a 'how to' kind of thing, which I think is nice!

Hollyoaks!
I've been getting into this recently - what with the gripping storyline and all (although a bit unrealistic, but that's what soaps are all about right?) Hollyoaks is something I watch every now and then when something interesting is happening!

MUA face mist!
For £5 this is definitely a bargain! I'm not saying that my makeup would completely disappear during the day without out this, but it certainly helps in wet and windy weather!

And last but not least -
Body shop foundation brush
I'm definitely loving this at the moment! At £12 it's not the cheapest, but it's worth it. It gives an even 'spreading' of foundation (if that makes any sense?) and the bristles don't fall out like other new makeup brushes!

So what are you currently loving??

Treasure - that is what you are!

...honey, you're my golden star!

Yes, on Saturday my life goal was completed - I saw Bruno Mars LIVE!

It was amazing! Dancing and singing, me and my friend had an awesome time!

It was by far the best concert I've ever been to! He not only sang his new songs, but did a mash up of a few of his old ones.

I have even bought a merchandise t-shirt! (I get too excited) hahaha!

Who's your favourite artist?

September FAVES!

What do you mean it's October?

September went so quickly I barely had chance to stop and think! But today I'm going to show you all of my September favourites!

First up is something quite a lot of people seem to be talking about: Maybelline's Baby Lips.
I had this one sent to me from America last winter for my birthday, not realising they weren't currently available in the UK. But recently I have been loving it! It's a lip balm, yes, but it also smells like peppermint! This is going to be so useful for the upcoming winter months!

This book is one of the best Linwood Barclay books! Although quite slow to begin with, its complicated storyline is a page-turner! I haven't finished it yet but I have really enjoyed it so far! If you have never read any books by Linwood Barclay I would definitely recommend them.

I've recently started sixth form and I just have a tonne of things to carry round with me 24/7. All the folders, pencil case, books etc. have been weighing me down, but this bag from accessorize is a perfect size and has been sooo helpful!

And lastly, I have been loving Bourjois' healthy mix serum foundation. I think it's the first time I have found a foundation that completely matches the colour of my skin. It sounds weird, but I also love the smell of it! It's slightly flaural with a fruity hint to it! I have it in the shade light vanilla and it's also not too badly priced!

What are your favourites? :)
